Following are the list of services that I provide to the patients looking for an advice. We treat each patient personally and advice accordingly with lot of privacy.

An initial consultation is provided in a private room. The consultation includes a discussion of the problem and a management plan. The management plan usually includes an examination, discussion of the history and investigations that are relevant to the problem. Investigations can include x-rays, MRI, CT and ultrasound scans etc. A follow up is organised if the investigation cannot be performed on the same day.

Following the discussion for surgery the patient is given a detailed discussion as to what to expect, what the benefits and risks are of the procedure and also a discussion with the patient with regards to the desired outcome.

I have access to physiotherapists  in Spire London East Hospital or Spire Hartswood  or Nuffield health in Brentwood. I also work with few Private physiotherapists in Upminster and Hornchurch.

Each condition has a specialized treatment offered – whether it a rehabilitation after an operation or plain physiotherapy for a condition that will improve with physiotherapy alone.

The physiotherapists are well spread out and have direct access to me for discussing your problems and progress. I do work very closely with them.

I am more than happy to work with your current physiotherapist by providing the information he/she needs for your condition.

My Secretary is Josephine(Jo) Cronin, a very efficient and pleasant lady with several years of experience. Jo has a dedicated practice phone line and deals with most queries either over the phone or email. Her details are in the contact section.

My main Anaesthetist is Kanthi Ravindran. She is very experienced and a senior anaesthetist and highly skilled in her field. She is a part large team of anaesthetists called Partners of Essex Anaesthetic practice(PEAP).

PEAP is co-owned and run by a group of experienced consultant anaesthetists, all of whom hold substantive NHS appointments and work in the private sector. They provide a comprehensive range of anaesthetic services to my practice. They have practising rights at all of the private facilities offered by my clinics and by virtue of their flexibility and availability, cover is almost always provided to enable your surgery to take place at a time and location that is convenient for you.
My secretary Jo will inform you the anaesthetist details if you were to undergo an operation
As a Senior Foot and ankle surgeon in the Essex & North East London, I very frequently see complex cases which are referred from different consultants.
The treatment that I offer is based on current concepts and evidence based medicine and is married up with my several years of experience. I ensure that the treatment is discussed and provide to the highest possible standard. I keep up-to-date with my learning and training by regular attendances in international meetings, training and research.
As an organiser of several courses namely:
  • FRCS (Tr& Orth) course( essential for future consultants); Foot and Ankle Cadaver course (Important for future Foot and ankle consultants) and Trauma course for A&E doctors, I keep Up-to date Knowledge.
  • I am part of the London Foot and ankle complex cases discussion forum where all the complex cases are discussed for a multi-disciplinary approach and to deliver the best possible care.

I perform all the surgery and procedures myself. Sometimes further management, in the form of removal of stitches and plaster, are performed by the nurse if available.
